Extra Help

With the presence of over 1.5 million applications in Apple App Store, Apple runs a tight ship when it comes to approve mobile apps in its app store. There are a series of factors that are taken into consideration before accepting or rejecting an iOS mobile application.
You can review if you want all the possible reasons of rejection & best practices in this link
I'll also going to share some golden tips about what to do with the common rejections. These tips come from my experience with around 2,000 apps uploaded during the last three years.
A good trick to know what you need to do, is to find your reason and the solution by clicking Command + F on Mac or Ctrl + F in PC to find a relevant video/guide or simply by searching your your issue in the web.
  • 2.1 PERFORMANCE: APP COMPLETENESS

Apple Says:
  • "2.1 App Completeness

Submissions to App Review should be final versions with all necessary metadata and fully functional URLs included; placeholder text, empty websites, and other temporary content should be scrubbed before submission. Make sure your app has been tested on-device for bugs and stability before you submit it, and include demo account info (and turn on your back-end service!) if your app includes a login. If you offer in-app purchases in your app, make sure they are complete, up-to-date, and visible to the reviewer, or that you explain why not in your review notes. Please don’t treat App Review as a software testing service. We will reject incomplete app bundles and binaries that crash or exhibit obvious technical problems."

  • - This rejection error can be caused for many reasons. Please see my short video about how can the issue get solved.

  • 2. 3 PERFORMANCE: ACCURATE METADATA
Apple Says:

2.3 Accurate Metadata

Customers should know what they’re getting when they download or buy your app, so make sure your app description, screenshots, and previews accurately reflect the app’s core experience and remember to keep them up-to-date with new versions.

2.3.1 , 2.3.2 ,2.3.3 , 2.3.4 , 2.3.5 , 2.3.6 , 2.3.7 , 2.3.8 , 2.3.9 , 2.3.10
